SPENCER
DENNIS

A NOTE FROM SPENCER

  • My class focuses on studying movement efficiency while exploring unique and foreign movement pathways. In my class expect to move through multiple planes of movement including floorwork and inversion.

  • It requires focus and the willingness to be uncomfortable. The movement in my class is often new to many dancers so come prepared to use your training in new ways and be challenged to do new things!

  • I suggest you bring clothing options to cover your knees, shoulders, elbows, and feet. This could be a sweatshirt, socks, knee pads, and sweatpants. While my class shouldn't require knee pads or hoodies, having these items ready on hand for the learning process is always advised.
