A NOTE FROM MEG

  • My class focuses on exploring new ideas in ballet and contemporary ballet technique with an emphasis on the use of the breath, musicality, mechanics, dynamics, and momentum, and to expand the understanding of techniques of performance.

  • It requires an open mind and heart, willingness to explore new ideas (that ballet can be fun!), and the desire for growth.

  • I suggest you bring ballet shoes, leotard or t-shirt, dancer shorts or tights.
