A NOTE FROM MATT
My class focuses on exploring modern and contemporary movement that is characterized by release techniques.
It requires engagement with physical and mental faculties to initiate movement pathways, as well as experiments with force, compression and expansion.
I suggest you bring socks and apparel/pants that cover knee/weight-bearing surfaces to facilitate floorwork exercises.
