ASHLEY
CINQ-MARS

A NOTE FROM ASHLEY

  • My class focuses on strength, flexibility. strength training, conditioning your technique, and musicality work. Working with complex and funky rhythms. Finding the fluid and sharp qualities in all the well rounded variety of dance steps created within a combination.

  • My class is mental but fun, it makes you really step outside of a box, really of your own comfort zone. It is physical demanding but in a way that it turns spiritual and you see yourself in another light. It requires you to be expressive but expand your endurance (stamina) so that your heart and mind are healthy and happy. It may be complex mentally in some classes but the reward of a healthy mindset is non refundable and I will assure you love and support in my class. You will always be seen.

  • I suggest you bring jazz shoes or socks, knee pads for safety if you choose for your knees, apparel is whatever you feel your best in and lastly a foam roller or traveling roller to help cool down the body after an intense class.
